    Pan-o-Pan Fine Foods Inc. is a unique catering company offering specialty gourmet items & location catering for any occasion. Over the past 10 years, Pan-o-Pan has catered hundreds of events for guest parties from 10 to 400, to a varied clientele gained mainly through word of mouth.

    Marta Pan – chef & owner – is an Italian born accomplished visual artist who (after graduating from Emily Carr) trained in French cusine at the Dubrulle Culinary Institute. She gained a reputation for unique recipe creation and a fresh, assertive attitude towards the food industry through her work at several fine food establishments in the Lower Mainland – including the Vancouver Lawn Badminton and Tennis Club.

    Industry insiders, also remember her outstanding work (from 1996 to 2002) as the principal sous-chef & recipe developer behind the scenes of the highly successful foodie show “the Surreal Gourmet”, featured on the Food Network.

    In the late 1990’s Marta began selective catering on request, rapidly attracting a growing clientele of worldly connoisseurs. Shortly after making great quantities of handmade gnocchi for several high end Vancouver restaurants (including Star Anise, The Water St. Café & The Crime Lab), she commenced production of a variety of sauces, salsas & condiments exclusively for Village Fish & Oyster Market in West Vancouver. Demand for her services & products grew so fast that she & husband Winston decided to expand their enterprise… & Pan-o-Pan Fine Foods Inc. was born.
